Unfortunately all sales are final with no returns available.

We have a no cancellation policy, as once the order is placed the fulfillment process begins—We are a small team and in order to get packages sent quickly, we ship as soon as possible.

We do our best to fulfill all orders within 24 hours.  US shipping usually takes around 2-5 days, while international shipping usually takes around 7-20 days.  We greatly appreciate your patience!

We offer both Stainless Steel & Silver Plated Jewelry—All of our necklaces are crafted with high quality stainless steel which will never change color, rust, tarnish, or turn your skin green.  Stainless steel rings are waterproof and are made for daily wear with no need to worry about your finger turning green.  Silver plated rings on the other hand need to be taken care of and kept dry to make the quality last as long as possible.  There is a possibility for some people that silver plated jewelry reacts with your skin so if you would like a safer first ring we recommend starting with a stainless steel ring!

If you are unsure of your ring size we recommend for girls to start with sizes 6-8, & for guys to start with sizes 8-10. These are the standard ring sizes and are a safe option if you are unsure!

SaintStreetJewelry is not responsible for packages with incorrect address entry and does not cover re-order or re-shipping costs for incorrect address entry on orders.

SaintStreetJewelry is not responsible for the delivery of the package once the carrier (USPS) takes possession of the package.  If a package is suspected to be stolen from your doorstep, this needs to be filed with your local authorities and the local mail carrier.
